体教融合背景下单项体育协会的功能维度及其实现路径

Functional Dimensions and Realization Paths of Individual Sports Associations under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

体教融合对于学校体育的发展和青少年训练水平的提高具有重要的战略意义。在“体育”和“教育”融合的时代背景下,单项体育协会是体育和教育之间的一座桥梁,成为破解体育与教育“合而未融”的一股重要的社会力量。以体教融合为契机,阐述了单项体育协会开展国际赛事交流,树立良好国际形象、积极传达民众诉求,助力政府科学决策的政治功能,探讨了单项体育协会举办赛事自主创收,促进体育产业发展、科学整合社会资源,提高资源利用效率、引领行业健康发展,规范产品质量的经济功能,分析了单项体育协会培养优秀体育人才,解决部分人群就业问题、提供体育公共服务,积极参与社会治理的社会服务功能,剖析了单项体育协会的文化功能,最后,从体制融合和资源融合两个方面提出了单项体育协会功能实现路径。

The integration of sports and education is strategically significant to the development of school sports and the improvement of youth training.Under the background of the integration of“sports”and“education”,individual sports associations can be bridges between sports and education.It will also become an important social force to promote the integration of sports and education.Taking the integration of sports and education as its start point,this paper will illustrate the political functions of individual sports associations in promoting international events exchange,build positive international images,convey public demands and help governments make scientific decisions.This paper will also discuss the economic functions of individual event sports associations in generating self-dependent revenue from events,promote healthy development of sports industry,regulate the quality of products,and improve the efficiency of integration and allocation of social resource.At the same time,this paper will mention its role in cultivating outstanding sports talents,in social governance,in solving job problems,and in providing public sports services and cultural benefits.Finally,this thesis will propose both pathways to the realization of those functions of individual event sports associations in the aspects of system integration and resource integration.
