中国职业体育发展的广州模式分析

Analysis on Guangzhou Model of Professional Football Development with Chinese Characteristics

改革开放40年以来,广州职业足球勇于先行先试,大胆实践探索,不仅推动专业足球向职业足球转变,还促进了职业足球的市场化改革,积累了丰富的经验,形成了具有广州特色的职业足球的实践经验,即“广州模式”。运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,对改革开放以来广州职业足球发展的“广州模式”进行分析与研究。研究结果显示:“广州模式”是在特定的历史阶段形成和发展起来的一种创新型的职业足球模式;该模式历经起步与探索、成长与发展、调整与提高、改革与创新等四个阶段;“广州模式”的本质是政府、社体组织与企业三方共同构成有机整体,即政府导向出资、社体组织严格监管、企业自主运作;“广州模式”具有高层次高定位引领、市场导向推动、开放多元、协同创新等特征。深入研究中国职业体育的“广州模式”,将助益于新时代中国职业足球的创新发展。

Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,Guangzhou professional football has not only promoted the transformation from professional football to occupational football,but also promoted the market-oriented reform of occupational football,and accumulated rich experience,has Formed the Guangzhou Characteristic Occupational Football Operation Mechanism,namely“Guangzhou Model”.By using the methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the“Guangzhou Model”of the development of Guangzhou occupational football since the reform and opening up.The results show that“Guangzhou Model”is an innovative occupational football model formed and developed in a specific historical stage;The model has gone through four stages:beginning and exploration,growth and development,adjustment and improvement,reform and innovation.The essence of the Guangzhou model is that the government,social organizations and enterprises constitute an organic whole together,the“Guangzhou Model”is characterized by high-level,high-positioning,market-oriented,open,diversified and collaborative innovation.In-depth study of the“Guangzhou Model”of occupational football with Chinese characteristics will benefit the innovative development of occupational football with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
