安宁疗护发展的“罗湖模式”现状与展望

The Present Situation and Prospect of“Luohu Model”for the Development of Palliative Care

由于我国在死亡质量上长期处于落后状态,“优逝”的概念极大的引起了国家的重视。文章梳理了安宁疗护的概念、起源与国内发展情况,对深圳市罗湖区安宁疗护的实践探索进行分析与总结,并对其发展中存在的问题进行概括,针对当前存在的问题,分别从服务体系、服务内容、工作机制、制度保障、队伍建设五个方面提出相应的措施。

Since the quality death in China has been lagging behind for a long time,the concept of“optimal death”has attracted great attention of the country.This article combed the hospice care concept,the origin and the development in domestic situation,analyzed and summarized the practice and exploration of hospice care in Luohu District,Shenzhen City,Guangdong Province,and the existing problems in the development of hospice care.In view of the current problems,corresponding measures are put forward from five aspects:service system,service content,working mechanism,institutional guarantee and team building.
