目的探讨互联网和心血管专科医疗联合发展前景并对此提出参考意见。方法通过文献研究及系统分析法,归纳我国心血管专科互联网医院的运营模式,分析其优势和不足。结果心血管专科互联网医院在平衡医疗资源,规范就诊流程,促进医疗行为透明化和联合应用可穿戴设备方面前景广阔,但在法律监管和医保纳入方面仍存在问题。结论心血管专科互联网医院的发展需要政府,医院和第三方企业共同促进。

Objective:To explore the prospect of the joint development of Internet and cardiovascular medicine and put forward some suggestions.Method:This paper summarizes the operation mode of Internet cardiovascular hospitals in China,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages through literature research and systematic analysis.Result:Internet cardiovascular hospitals have a promising future in balancing medical resources,standardizing medical procedures,promoting the transparency of medical behavior and combining the application of wearable devices.However,there are still problems in legal supervision and medical insurance inclusion.Conclusion:The development of Internet hospitals in cardiovascular specialty needs the joint promotion of the government,hospitals and the third-party enterprises.
