摘要
介绍了RBRVS在绩效评价中存在的问题和Q医院将疾病诊断相关组(DRGs)引入绩效评价的实践,分析其科学性和合理性。认为DRGs能在病种管理的宏观角度弥补RBRVS只注重微观操作的不足,两者互相补充,可使绩效评价体系更加完善。
This paper introduces the existing problems of RBRVS in performance evaluation and the practice of introducing disease diagnosis related groups(DRGs)into performance evaluation in Q Hospital,and analyzes its scientific nature and rationality.It is believed that DRGs can make up for the deficiency of RBRVS from the macro point of view of disease management,which only pays attention to the micro operation.And the two complement each other,which can make the performance evaluation system more perfect.
