摘要
目的基于“紧密型搭档”管理模式,紧扣新时代下医院党建工作与业务工作有机融合过程中的核心和突出问题,形成推动人才工作的整体合力,进一步优化市级医院“党管人才”机制。方法采取便利抽样的方法,对上海市若干所三级甲等市级医院“党管人才”相关人员进行问卷调查和深度访谈。结果市级医院“党管人才”实践中,超过90%的被调查对象认为参与主体还不够明确,运行机制还不够完善,重点措施还不够高效。结论基于“紧密型搭档”管理模式,健全“党管人才”管理主体,优化“党管人才”运行机制,推进“党管人才”高效管理,形成更加优化的“党管人才”机制。
Objective:Based on the“close partner”management mode,the core and prominent issues in the organic integration of hospital Party construction and business work in the new era are to be closely focused on;the overall joint force to promote talent work is to be formed;and the mechanism of the“Party management talent”in municipal hospitals is to be further optimized.Method:With the method of convenient sampling,a questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview were conducted on the relevant personnel of“Party Management Talents”in several municipal hospitals of class a and grade three in Shanghai.Result:In the practice of“Party Management Talents”in municipal hospitals,more than 90%of the respondents believe that the participants are not clear enough,the operating mechanism is not perfect enough,and the key measures are not efficient enough.Conclusion:Based on the“close partner”management mode,the Party shall improve the management subject of the“Party Management Talents”,optimize the operation mechanism of“Party management of talents”,promote the efficient management of the“Party Management Talents”,and form a more optimized mechanism of the“Party Management Talents”.
