糖尿病视网膜病变围手术期护理的进展

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病患者出现的一种眼部并发症,糖尿病视网膜病变会导致患者眼盲,所以临床需及时对患者开展有效的治疗干预。目前临床主要运用手术来治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,患者在手术治疗期间可能会出现负面心理或不良反应,临床可通过有效护理来避免患者出现严重的负面心理或不良反应。糖尿病视网膜病变容易合并视网膜前增殖膜、玻璃体积血、牵拉性视网膜脱落等不良反应,临床可运用玻璃体腔注入术、视网膜光凝术、玻璃体切除术等手术治疗,临床在患者围手术期间对其进行恰当的护理干预,能够让患者手术疗效更显著,让患者的痛苦得到有效减轻。本文主要探究糖尿病视网膜病变患者围手术期的护理。

Diabetic retinopathy is an eye complication of diabetic patients.Diabetic retinopathy can lead to blindness,so it is necessary to carry out effective treatment and intervention in patients in time clinically.At present,surgery is mainly used to treat diabetic retinopathy in clinical practice.Patients may have negative psychological or adverse reactions during surgical treatment.In clinical practice,patients can avoid serious negative psychological or adverse reactions through effective nursing.Diabetic retinopathy is easy to merge membrane,vitreous hemorrhage and tractional retinal before proliferation retinal detachment and other adverse reactions,clinical,glass can be applied to body cavity injection technique,retinal photocoagulation and vitrectomy surgery,clinical in perioperative period in patients with the appropriate nursing intervention,can make patients surgical curative effect is more significant,let to effectively relieve the pain of the patients.This article mainly explores the perioperative nursing of diabetic retinopathy patients.
