快速救治中心对急性上消化道出血的救治效果评价

Evaluation of the Rapid Treatment Central for the Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的评价快速救治流程对急性上消化道出血的救治效果。方法将2020年1月至2020年9月我院尚未成立快速救治中心时接收的急性上消化道出血患者35例列为常规组,将2020年10月至2021年4月快速救治中心成立后接收的急性上消化道出血患者35例列为研究组。常规组选择一般的抢救流程,研究组则使用快速救治流程。最后分析两组患者的救治时间和抢救成功率,以及平均止血时间、输血量、住院时间、复发率以及致死率。结果研究组的抢救成功率明显高于常规组,抢救时间显著少于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的平均止血时间、输血量、住院时间都远远低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者的出血复发率、致死率均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论快速救治流程对急性上消化道出血的救治具有显著效果,能够使得抢救的整个流程更加规范、有序,能够最大程度减少抢救的时间。

Objective To evaluate the effect of rapid treatment process on acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2020 to September 2020,35 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage received when the rapid treatment center has not yet been established in our hospital are classified as the routine group,and the patients received from October 2020 to April 2021 after the rapid treatment center is established 35 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were included in the study group.The routine treatment group chose the general rescue process,while the rapid treatment group used the rapid treatment.Finally,the treatment time and rescue success rate of the two groups were analyzed,as well as the average hemostatic time,blood transfusion volume,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and other data.Results The rescue success rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the rescue time was significantly shorter than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the average hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume,and hospital stay of the study group were much lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);The bleeding recurrence rate and fatality rate of patients in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid treatment process has significant effect on acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can make the whole rescue process more standardized and orderly,reduce the rescue time to the greatest extent,reduce the cost of patients,and has the value of clinical promotion.
