阿立哌唑与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Aripiprazole and Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的探析阿立哌唑与奥氮平在精神分裂症患者中的治疗效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年1月诊治的精神分裂症患者138例为对象,随机分成阿立哌唑组和奥氮平组,收集整理两组的治疗效果指标。结果阿立哌唑组患者的总有效率(92.75%)与奥氮平组的总有效率(89.86%)对比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。阿立哌唑组的糖脂代谢紊乱、体质量增加不良反应发生率均低于奥氮平组,P<0.05。两组锥体外系反应、肝功能异常发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗2周后,阿立哌唑组的TESS评分低于奥氮平组,P<0.001;治疗4周、6周后,两组患者的TESS评分比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论阿立哌唑与奥氮平在精神分裂症的治疗中疗效相当,均能促进患者临床症状缓解,但阿立哌唑的不良反应更少,而奥氮平则可能引起糖脂代谢紊乱、体质量增加等不良反应。

Objective Explore the therapeutic effects of aripiprazole and olanzapine in patients with schizophrenia.Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with schizophrenia treated by our hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the aripiprazole group and olanzapine group,and the treatment effect indexes of the two groups were collected and sorted.Results The total effective rate of the aripiprazole group was 92.75%,the total effective rate of the olanzapine group was 89.86%,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of glucose and lipid metabolism disorder and body weight increase in the aripiprazole group was lower than that in the olanzapine group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of extrapyramidal reactions and abnormal liver function between the two groups,P>0.05.The TESS score in aripiprazole group was lower than that in olanzapine group after 2 weeks treatment(P<0.001).After 4 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in TESS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole and olanzapine are as effective as olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia,which can promote the remission of clinical symptoms,but aripiprazole has fewer adverse reactions to the patients,while olanzapine may cause glycolipid metabolism disorder,body mass increase and other adverse reactions.
