摘要 目的浅议电化学发光免疫分析(ECLIA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)IgM抗体的对比评价。方法取我院住院或门诊患者血清90例,均用电化学发光免疫分析、酶联免疫吸附试验对甲型肝炎病毒IgM抗体进行测定,并作分析。结果ECLIA、ELISA方式同时对血清标本HAV-IgM抗体在检测时,其阳性符合率为13.33%,阴性符合率=100.00%,总符合率=71.11%。ECLIA敏感度=66.67%,特异度=100.00%,阳性检出率=4.43%。ELISA敏感度=100.00%,特异度=71.43%,阳性检出率=33.33%。结论ECLIA、ELISA对于HAV-IgM抗体的检测中,结果一致性较低,ELISA方式具有较高敏感度,但ECLIA特异性优良,测定时能够全自动化,检验数据更与临床接近,可行实验室测定,为临床疾病诊断供应依据。 Objective To discuss the comparative evaluation of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the detection of hepatitis A virus(HAV)IgM antibodies.Methods The serum of 90 inpatients or outpatients in our hospital was collected.Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to determine and analyze the hepatitis A virus IgM antibody.Results When ECLIA and ELISA were used to detect HAV-IgM antibodies in serum samples,the positive coincidence rate was 13.33%,the negative coincidence rate=100.00%,and the total coincidence rate=71.11%.ECLIA sensitivity=66.67%,specificity=100.00%,and positive detection rate=4.43%.ELISA sensitivity=100.00%,specificity=71.43%,and positive detection rate=33.33%.Conclusion In the detection of HAV-IgM antibodies by ECLIA and ELISA,the results have low consistency,and the ELISA method has high sensitivity,but ECLIA has excellent specificity and can be fully automated in the measurement.The test data is closer to the clinical,and it is feasible for laboratories.Determination provides basis for diagnosis of clinical diseases.
