香砂六君子汤治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in Treating Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨香砂六君子汤治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法研究纳入2018年2月至2019年2月在我院治疗的80例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,将所有研究对象按照随机信封方法分成对照组40例和研究组40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,在此基础上研究组采用香砂六君子汤治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率和不良反应情况。结果研究组的临床有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的治疗有效率(82.50%),组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症变发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的发生率(20.00%),组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者的Hp根除率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的Hp根除率(80.00%),组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤治疗慢性胃炎疗效可靠,可有效根除Hp,且不良反应少,用药安全性高,值得在临床推广和大力应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of xiangsha liujunzi decoction on chronic gastritis.Methods Eighty patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital were included in the study.The case study time was from February 2018 to February 2019.All subjects were randomly divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the study group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.On this basis,the study group was treated with xiangsha liujunzi decoction.The clinical effects,eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(HP)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%).The eradication rate of Hp in the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha liujunzi decoction has reliable curative effect in treating chronic gastritis,and can effectively eradicate Hp,with less adverse reactions and high drug safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and vigorous application.
