清眩补肾汤治疗原发性高血压的疗效

Effect of Qingxuan Bushen Decoction on Primary Hypertension

目的针对原发性高血压患者应用清眩补肾汤治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法选择我院自2018年6月至2020年8月收治的高血压患者140例作为本研究的基本对象,将所有入组患者依照随机数字表法分成观察组以及对照组,每组纳入70例。对照组患者使用口服硝苯地平的方式来进行治疗,观察组患者使用口服中药清眩补肾汤的方式来进行治疗,针对两组患者治疗的临床效果以及血压情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前收缩压以及舒张压无明显差异(P>0.05);经护理干预后观察组患者血压水平改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对原发性高血压患者应用清眩补肾汤治疗,能够有效的控制患者的血压,整体治疗效果较好,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of qingxuan bushen decoction on essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and forty patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the basic objects of this study,all patients in the group were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,70 cases were included in each group.To treat patients in the control group with oral nifedipine,the control group was treated with oral Chinese medicine qingxuan bushen decoction.The clinical effect and blood pressure after the course of treatment were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing intervention,the blood pressure level in the observation group improved significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingxuan bushen decoction is used in patients with essential hypertension,can effectively control the patient's blood pressure,The overall treatment was better,And high security,It has clinical application value.
