护理风险管理在普通外科护理管理中的应用

目的本次试验将采用护理风险管理措施对普通外科护理管理进行优化,控制风险事件的发生率。方法本次试验选取了2019年1月至2019年7月前来本院就诊的外科患者,在自愿参与试验调查的基础上选取了120例患者作为调研对象。随机分为两组,各60例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为风险管理护理干预,分析护理管理的改善成效。结果从护理质量上看,观察组护理差错事件的发生率为5.00%(3/60),对照组为16.67%(10/60),在护理纠纷事件的发生率上为1.67%(1/60),对照组为15.00%(9/60),组间对比差异较为显著(P<0.05)。在护理满意度的调查上,观察组的满意度为95.00%,明显优于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05)。护理人员的工作能力各维度及总分中,观察组各项得分均高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在普通外科护理管理中开展护理风险管理能够更好地提升护理安全,减少护患纠纷事件,有利于医院、科室良好形象的建立,有利于防控危险事件,提升患者治疗的满意度,可以进一步结合医院实际情况做以整体改善。

Objective In this experiment,nursing risk management measures will be adopted to optimize nursing management in general surgery and control the incidence of risk events.Methods One hundred and twenty surgical patients who came to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study on the basis of voluntary participation in the experimental investigation.In grouping,in order to ensure fairness,it is random grouping.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while those in the observation group were given nursing intervention for risk management,and the improvement effect of nursing management was analyzed.Results From the point of view of nursing quality,the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 5.00%(3/60),8.33%(5/60)in the control group,1.67%(1/60)in the incidence of nursing disputes,and 5.00%(3/60)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the survey of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly better than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Among the various dimensions and total scores of nursing staff's work ability,the scores of the observation group are higher than those of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing risk management in general surgical nursing management can better improve nursing safety,reduce nurse-patient disputes,facilitate the establishment of a good image of hospitals and departments,prevent and control dangerous events,and improve patient satisfaction with treatment,which can further Combine the actual situation of the hospital to improve the overall situation.
