摘要
测试聚乙烯密度最常用的方法是密度梯度法,但是该方法所用的梯度液的配置相对繁琐,并且测试观测耗时长,不利于生产工艺的快速控制和调整。利用密度梯度仪和差示扫描量热仪测试一系列聚乙烯的密度和结晶度,通过数据分析和拟合处理,建立快速测试聚乙烯密度的方法,该方法快速、准确,可为聚烯烃科研和工业生产提供准确可靠分析数据。
The most commonly used method for testing the density of polyethylene is the density gradient method,but the preparation of the gradient liquid used this method is relatively cumbersome,and takes a long time to test and observe,which is not conducive to the rapid control and adjustment of the production process.The density and crystallinity of a series of polyethylene were tested by using density gradient meter and differential scanning calorimeter.Through data analysis and fitting processing,a method was established to quickly test the density of polyethylene,which can be used quickly and accurately to provide accurate and reliable analysis data for polyolefin scientific research and industrial production.
