摘要
采用热裂解—气相色谱—质谱(pyr-GC-MS)、热失重(TGA)、元素分析(EA)、能谱分析(EDS)等检测技术,联合测定橡胶密封圈的成分。结果表明,橡胶密封圈样品中橡胶相含量约67%,其基质为氢化丁腈橡胶,结合丙烯腈含量约33%;密封圈样品使用了过氧化物交联剂1,3-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB),且加入C14~C18有机酸作为硫化活性剂进行硫化;在混炼过程中添加了氧化锌、炭黑、白炭黑、碳酸钙等无机助剂,其中炭黑含量约占样品的28%,其它无机助剂含量约7%。
The components of rubber seals were determined by pyrolysis,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PYR-GC-MS),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),elemental analysis(EA)and energy dispersive spectrum analysis(EDS).The results showed that the content of rubber phase in rubber seal samples was about 67%,which matrix was hydrogenated nitrile rubber,and the content of acrylonitrile was about 33%.The seal samples were vulcanized with 1,3-bis-tert-butylperoxyisopropyl benzene(BIPB)and C14~C18 organic acids as the vulcanizing active agent.Inorganic additives such as zinc oxide,carbon black,white carbon black and calcium carbonate were added in the mixing process.The content of carbon black accounted for about 28%in sample,and the content of other inorganic additives was about 7%.
