不同土壤硒含量对维甜66植株生长的影响

摘要 以甜玉米品种维甜66为试验材料,在甜玉米幼苗期、拔节期和吐丝期分别考察主要农艺性状,包括株高、总叶面积、茎粗和叶绿素含量等,以探究不同土壤硒含量对维甜66植株生长的影响。结果表明:不同土壤硒含量,对甜玉米农艺性状均有负面影响,中硒处理和过硒处理在拔节期的株高分别为72.0和63.4 cm,极显著低于CK;总叶面积和茎粗均随着土壤硒含量的增加而降低,其中各处理的总叶面积与CK差异均达极显著水平;穗行数和秃尖长随土壤硒含量增加而增加,但差异不显著;叶绿素含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;甜玉米籽粒糖度随土壤硒含量的增加呈上升的趋势。综合来看,不同土壤硒含量对甜玉米的农艺性状均有抑制作用,穗部性状影响不明显;低硒条件下,叶绿素含量在生长发育期含量最高;施用适当硒肥,可以增加甜玉米的籽粒糖度,进而提高营养品质。 This research has explored the effects of different soil selenium treatments on agronomic traits,chlorophyll content and grain sugar content of sweet corn variety Weitian 66 in the random plot design.Main agronomic traits including plant height,total leaf area,stem diameter and chlorophyll content were examined at seedling stage,jointing stage,and silking stage.Results showed that different contents of soil selenium had negative influences on the agronomic traits of sweet corn;the plant height of jointing stage in medium selenium treatment and in excessive selenium treatment was 72.0 cm and 63.4 cm,respectively,both of which were extremely significantly lower than that of CK(P>0.01).Total leaf area and stem diameter decreased with the increase of selenium contents.In three selenium treatments,each total leaf area was extremely significantly different from CK(P>0.01).With the increase of selenium contents,the number of grain rows per cob and bare tip length increased,not reaching the significant level;the chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased,and the sugar content presented an upward trend.Different soil selenium content could cause inhibition effects on the agronomic characters of sweet corn,but could not produce significant influence on ear traits.Under the condition of low selenium contents,the chlorophyll content was the highest in the growth and development period.An appropriate application of selenium fertilizer could increase the sugar content and improve the nutritional quality of sweet corn.
