摘要
为筛选防治蔗螟高效、低毒、安全的药剂,选择5种常用杀虫剂对甘蔗螟虫进行田间药效试验。结果表明:0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂120 g/hm^(2)(有效成分,下同)防治效果最好,达85.2%;5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂3000 g/hm^(2)防效达82.7%;0.1%呋虫胺颗粒剂225 g/hm^(2)、0.5%噻虫胺颗粒剂300 g/hm^(2)、2%吡虫啉颗粒剂1500 g/hm^(2)等处理防治效果较好,防效超过70%。各处理与空白对照相比均不同程度增产,以5%丁硫克百威颗粒剂3000 g/hm^(2)处理增产率最高,达11.1%,但经方差分析其与0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺颗粒剂120 g/hm^(2)、2%吡虫啉颗粒剂1500 g/hm^(2)增产率无显著性差异。说明这些新型低毒杀虫剂对蔗螟的控害效果明显,可交替轮换使用。
In order to screen insecticides with high efficiency,low toxicity and safety for controlling sugarcane stemborer,five kinds of commonly used insecticides were selected for field efficacy trials on sugarcane stemborer.Results showed that the control effect of chlorantraniliprole 0.4%GR(120 g a.i./hm^(2))was the highest,reaching 85.2%;carbosulfan 5%GR(3000 g a.i./hm^(2))reached 82.7%;dinotefuran 0.1%GR(225 g a.i./hm^(2)),clothianidin 0.5%GR(300 g a.i./hm^(2)),and imidacloprid 2%GR(1500g a.i./hm^(2))were relatively good,over 70%.Compared with the blank control,the yield of all treatments had increased in different degrees.The highest yield increase rate was 11.1%resulted from carbosulfan 5%GR(3000 g a.i./hm^(2)),but there was no significant difference compared with chlorantraniliprole 0.4%GR and imidacloprid 2%GR,which has showed that these new low toxicity insecticides could control sugarcane stemborer effectively and could be used alternately.
