新冠肺炎疫情下湖南省猪肉价格波动分析

Analysis of Pork Price Fluctuation in Hunan Province Under the Epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

2020年在新冠肺炎疫情背景下,以湖南省6个农产品市场的猪肉为研究对象,分析了猪肉价格变动的走势和近年猪肉价格持续高位的原因,预测了2021年湖南猪肉价格趋势。结果表明:2020年湖南省猪肉价格呈现涨跌起伏的波动态势,但总体保持在40元/kg以上高位运行,超市在9月中旬达到75.1元/kg的峰值,预计2021年猪肉价格总体将呈震荡下行态势。

Under the background of novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2020,this paper has taken pork prices of six agricultural markets in Hunan Province as the research object,analyzed the change trend of pork prices and the factors inducing continuously high pork price in recent years,and predicted the trend of pork price in Hunan Province in 2021.The results showed that in 2020,the pork price in Hunan Province presented a fluctuation trend of rise and fall,but remained a high level above 40 CNY/kg;the supermarket even reached a peak of 75.1 CNY/kg in mid-September.It is estimated that the pork price will show a downward trend in 2021.
