摘要
研究以当地主栽生菜品种“美国大速生”为试验材料,在人工气候室培养7~10 d的幼苗生菜进行剂量为40μw·cm-2的UV-B不同辐照时间(2、4、6、8 h)处理,然后在辐射处理后3、5、10 d和15 d分别对生菜产量和外形指标和营养品质指标进行测试分析,以期揭示增强UV-B辐照对生菜的影响,为在棚室中应用UV-B辐射生产减药绿色、增强保健、稳产增值的生菜高效栽培提供理论和技术指导。最后,从生菜的产量和营养品质兼顾的角度考虑,从实验数据得出40μw·cm^(-2) UV-B辐射处理4 h可以用于棚室绿色保健生菜栽培。
The local lettuce cultivars“American fast growing lettuce”was used as the experimental material to study the effects of different UV-B irradiation time(2,4,6,8 h)on the 7-10 d seedling in the greenhouse.Then,at 3,5,10 d and 15 d after the irradiation treatment,the samples were collected and analyzed respectively.The effects of enhanced UV-B irradiation on lettuce were tested in two levels,including yield and appearance and nutritional indexes,in order to provide theoretical and technical guidance to vegetable cultivation for the safety and high special nutrients in greenhouse.Finally,according to the balance between the yield and nutrient quality of lettuce,we concluded that the lettuce treated with 40μw·cm^(-2) UV-B radiation for 4 h was the most selection and could be applied in practice of green and health vegetable cultivation in greenhouse.
