苏州市中医药文化软实力研究

Research on Soft Power of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture in Suzhou

目的:以苏州市为例,研究中医药文化软实力现状,探讨苏州目前中医药文化建设方面存在的优势和不足,并提出对策和建议。方法:根据调研及文献检索等方法,从知识生产力、价值影响力、体制引导力、社会影响力等四个方面分析苏州市中医药文化软实力现状。结果:①知识生产力:苏州市省名中医人数仅次于南京市、论文发表逐年增加,而专利方面苏州中医院少于江苏省其他地市和中医药企业,连续五年专利申请量下降;②价值影响力:中医类别医院服务能力不断提升,研究生录取分数线高,能提供优质中医药服务并吸引优秀中医人才;③体制引导力:政府积极采取各项政策激励中医药发展;④社会影响力:吴门医派作为苏州中医药文化的代表,影响国内外。结论:分析苏州中医药优势,针对不足提出对策和建议,提升苏州中医药文化软实力建设。

Objective:To study the current situation of soft power of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture in Suzhou City,explore the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of TCM culture in Suzhou,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods:According to the methods of investigation and literature search,the status quo of soft power of TCM culture in Suzhou was analyzed from four aspects:knowledge productivity,value influence,system guidance and social influence.Results:①Knowledge productivity:The number of famous TCM doctors in Suzhou is second only to Nanjing,and the number of papers published has increased year by year,while in terms of patents,the number of patent applications of Suzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine is less than that of other cities in Jiangsu Province,and the number of patent applications has decreased for five consecutive years;②Value influence:The service ability of hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine has been continuously improved,and the postgraduate admission score line is high,which can provide high-quality TCM services and absorboutstanding traditional Chinese talents.③System guidance:The government actively adopt various policies to encourage the development of traditional Chinese medicine;④Social influence:Wumen medical school,as the representative of Suzhou traditional Chinese medicine culture,influences at home and abroad.Conclusion:This paper analyzes the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in Suzhou,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the soft power construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture in Suzhou.
