摘要
为提升非道路车辆行驶安全性,开展基于77GHz毫米波雷达的车辆自动紧急制动安全系统研究。分析车辆在行驶过程中的制动问题,提出一套车辆自动紧急制动系统方案。根据企业要求,确定系统制动控制策略。筛选出雷达信号中的危险目标,根据设计的控制策略,进行车辆行驶状态调整。通过实车验证,系统所用雷达可准确采集50m范围内的目标物信息,车辆在时速低于20km/h工况下达到防碰撞要求。
In order to improve the driving safety of off-road vehicles,the vehicle automatic emergency braking safety system based on 77 GHz millimeter wave radar is studied.This paper analyzes the braking problem of vehicles in the process of driving,and puts forward a set of automatic emergency braking system scheme.According to the requirements of the enterprise,determine the system braking control strategy.The dangerous targets in radar signal are screened out,and the vehicle running state is adjusted according to the designed control strategy.Through the real vehicle verification,the radar used in the system can accurately collect the target information within 50 m,and the vehicle can meet the anti-collision requirements when the speed is lower than 20 km/h.
