摘要
为解决升降机构浪涌电流过大引发的无人机备用电源持续掉电,影响无人机飞行安全和任务可靠性等问题,采用基准电压比较器、瞬态电压抑制管(TVS)、光耦开关及功率电阻等元件,设计了一款应用于无人机载升降机构电控的防浪涌保护模块。测试结果表明,该模块能够将瞬间浪涌电流从24 A降至6 A左右,具有优异的抑制效果,保证了升降机构在无人机系统应急条件下安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the problem of continuous power failure of UAV’s standby power supply caused by excessive surge current of elevator,which threatens the flight safety and mission reliability of UAV,an anti surge protection module is designed by using reference voltage comparator,transient voltage suppression tube(TVS),optocoupler switch and power resistance.The module can reduce the instantaneous surge current from 24 A to 6 A,which has excellent suppression effect and ensures the safe and stable operation of the lifting mechanism under the emergency conditions of UAV system.
