硅酸盐玻璃/铝合金异种材料连接综述 被引量:2

摘要 硅酸盐玻璃/铝合金异种金属连接接头兼具优良的功能性及稳定的力学性能,在航空航天、电子通讯等领域具有良好的应用前景。本文对玻璃与铝合金的连接性进行了分析,总结并综述了目前硅酸盐玻璃和铝合金在胶接、半固态连接和焊接方面的研究成果。另外,详细分析了硅酸盐玻璃与铝合金的连接机理,并对玻璃和铝合金异种材料连接的未来研究和发展进行了展望。一种基于钎焊并与辅助外场结合的复合连接技术可能是实现硅酸盐玻璃/铝合金异种材料优质连接的未来研究方向之一。 Silicate glass and aluminium alloy dissimilar material joints have good applications prospect in aerospace,electronic communications,and other fields because of their excellent functions and stable mechanical properties.This paper analyses the weldability of glass and aluminium alloy,summarises and reviews the current research results of glued bonding,semi-solid bonding and welding technology of silicate glass and aluminium alloy.Additionally,the bonding mechanism of silicate glass and aluminium alloy are analysed in detail.The future research and development of dissimilar material bonding like glass and aluminium alloy are also discussed.A new composite bonding process,which base on soldering and combined with external filed,may be one of the future research directions to construct high-quality bonding of silicate glass and aluminium alloy dissimilar materials.
