摘要
随着国家对生态环境保护的要求不断提高,水利水电项目的鱼道建设越来越多。为了使鱼道发挥更大的作用,笔者对鱼道智能化生态监控系统的设计思路进行了介绍,梳理了鱼道监控系统的数据采集范围和控制范围,分析了鱼道运行管理方式,以及鱼道监控系统与枢纽监控系统的关系、鱼道监控系统与智慧工程的关系等,并提出了一套系统性设计思路。该设计思路可为各类水利水电工程的鱼道监控系统设计提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of national requirements for ecological environment protection,the fishway construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects is more and more.In order to make fishway play a greater role,the authors introduce the design idea of intelligent ecological monitoring system for fishway,sort out the data collection scope and control scope of fishway monitoring system,analyze the operation and management mode of fishway,analyze the relationship between fishway monitoring system and hub monitoring system,and the relationship between fishway monitoring system and intelligent project,and put forward a set of systematic design ideas,which provides a reference for the design of fishway monitoring system of various water conservancy and hydropower projects.
