摘要
地下厂房洞室间距设计直接影响发电厂房洞室的稳定和工程投资。目前,不同的行业规范对其要求不同,对其认识也存在不一致。笔者以马岭水利枢纽工程右岸地下发电厂房洞室间距设计为实例,介绍了基于满足母线洞设备尺寸要求初拟洞室间距,然后依据行业规范复验其可行性,最后采用有限元计算方法分析洞室的应力应变特性,并最终确定洞室间距的设计思路。从分析马岭水利枢纽地下厂房实施后的实测数据可知,其洞室稳定,洞室间距布置合理。该设计思路提升了设计效率及经济性,能为同类型设计提供参考。
The spacing design of underground powerhouse caverns directly affects the stability and engineering investment of power house caverns.At present,different industry standards have different requirements and different understanding.Taking the cavern spacing design of the underground powerhouse on the right bank of Maling Hydraulic Project as an example,the author introduces the design idea of initially drawing up the cavern spacing based on meeting the equipment size requirements of the bus tunnel,and then retesting its feasibility according to the industrial specifications.Finally,the finite element calculation method is used to analyze the stress-strain characteristics of the cavern,and finally determine the cavern spacing.From the analysis of the measured data after the implementation of the underground powerhouse of Maling Hydraulic Project,it can be seen that the cavern is stable and the cavern spacing is reasonable.The design idea improves the design efficiency and economy,and can provide reference for the same type of design.
