Transformation of Main Hoist Service Brake of 250 t Vertical Ship Lift in Yantan Hydropower Station

岩滩升船机原工作制动器为法国SIME公司产品,使用20年后,制动器出现老化故障,升船机无法运行。为了解决制动器老化的问题,避免升船机长时停航,提出采用国产设备代替进口设备。根据设备性能和现场安装条件,确定了制动器国产化替代方案及相关技术措施等。改造实施后,升船机经一年多的运行检验,国产制动器运行正常,改造取得了圆满的成功。该改造方案对今后升船机的设计、建造有借鉴作用。

The original service brake of Yantan ship lift is the product of SIME,France.After 20 years of use,the brake has an aging failure,and the ship lift cannot operate.In order to solve the problem of brake aging and avoid long-term shutdown of ship lift,domestic equipment is proposed to replace imported equipment.According to the equipment performance and on-site installation conditions,the brake localization substitution scheme and related technical measures are determined.After the transformation,the ship lift has been tested for more than one year,and the domestic brake is running normally,and the transformation has achieved satisfactory success.The transformation scheme can be used for reference in the design and construction of ship lift in the future.
