“国培计划”短期集中培训项目课程设置的三维向度 被引量:1

摘要 课程设置是“国培计划”项目中最核心的构成要素之一,是决定项目实施与培训成效的关键因素。作为“国培计划”项目家族谱系中的重要类型之一,“国培计划”短期集中培训项目在课程设置的原则上,应坚持国家政策文件的规定性原则、教师专业发展的阶段性原则和教师培训对象的针对性原则等;在内容建构上应坚持以需求调研为基础、以培训主题定课程、以学员满意为旨归;在方法层面上应按“成人学习特点”设置实用性课程、按“轮状课程结构”设置合理性课程、按“复合授课方式”设置灵活性课程。 The curriculum designing is the core component of the national training program,and it is the key factor to determine the im⁃plementation of the national training program,and the effectiveness of teacher training.As one of the important types in the family pedi⁃gree of“national training program”,the short-term centralized training program of“national training program”should adhere to the principles,such as the national policy documents,the stages of teachers’professional development,and the targeted training objects;In terms of content construction,we should adhere to the demand research as the basis,the training theme as the curriculum,and the satis⁃faction of trainees as the goal;On the method level,practical courses should be set up according to“adult learning characteristics”,rea⁃sonable courses should be set up according to“wheel curriculum structure”,and flexible courses should be set up according to“com⁃pound teaching method”.The principles,contents and methods of curriculum designing are the three important dimensions of the short term centralized training program of the national training program.
