“双一流”建设背景下行业特色大学的国际化战略研究

The internationalization strategy of industry-featured universities in"Double First-Class"construction

国际化发展战略是新时代行业特色大学彰显学科特色、提升学科水平、打造“中国特色,世界一流”学术高地的重要路径之一。行业特色大学依托自身学科特色和行业背景,在国际化战略探索中取得了显著的成效,但是仍存在巨大发展空间。以北京高科大学联盟12所大学为研究对象,利用科睿唯安InCites分析工具对各所大学基于科学研究的国际化水平进行定量分析,同时从合作办学、跨境培训、科研合作、人才引育、文化交流五个方面总结了行业特色大学的国际化战略举措,系统总结了行业特色大学国际化发展战略存在的不足,最后从发展的角度为行业特色大学的国际化战略提出了参考建议。

International development strategy is one of the most important ways for industry-featured universities to demonstrate their discipline strength,enhance their discipline level and promote them to build world-class academic highlands.Base on particular discipline characteristics and industry background,the industry-featured universities have made remarkable achievements during exploration of international strategy.However,there is still great potential for internationalization of industry-featured universities.The international level of 12 Beijing High-tech alliance universities are investigated systematically by using InCites.Besides,the weakness and outlook of internationalization for industry-featured universities are also analyzed from the perspective of cooperation in running schools,professional training,scientific research,talent conference and cultural exchange,and some suggestions are look forwarded.
