摘要
基于健康信息素养概念,融合社会构建主义理论和社会认知理论相关内容,构建了突发公共卫生事件下大学生健康信息素养教育行为、环境因素、个人因素的三元交互模型,通过问卷调查的统计数据构建结构方程进行实证分析,得出健康信息质量、教学干预、健康信息意识、健康信息获取、自我效能等因素对大学生健康信息素养教育产生正向影响,健康信息过载对大学生健康信息素养教育产生负向影响,而健康信息评价和风险感知因素不产生影响。
Based on the concept of health information literacy,combined with the theory of social constructivism and social cognition,this paper constructs a ternary interactive model of college students′health information literacy education behavior,environmental factors,and personal factors under public health emergencies.Empirical analysis was conducted by constructing structural equations based on statistical data.The study found that factors such as health information quality,teaching intervention,health information awareness,health information acquisition,and self-efficacy have a positive impact on college students′health information literacy education,and health information overload has a positive impact on college students′health information.Literacy education has a negative impact,while health information evaluation and risk perception factors have no impact.The research content of this article can provide references for universities,libraries and related health institutions to carry out health information education activities.
