摘要
用户体验人才需具备8项基本实践能力:用户研究、产品调研、设计创新、技术整合、反思与批判、领导力与协作、视觉及交互表现、国际视野能力。目前,国外用户体验教学主要依托于计算机、商业、设计等学科形成各自的教学特色。北京师范大学率先在国内应用心理领域建立了用户体验专业硕士,构建了以心理学为理论依托,以OBE为教学理念,以项目制课程为培养方式,以培养学生实践能力为目标的用户体验课程体系。该课程体系中的课程设置对应了从事用户体验工作所需要的8种实践能力,阐释了心理学基础和项目制培养在用户体验教学中的相互关系和作用。
User experience talents need 8 basic practical abilities:user research,product research,design innovation,technology integration,reflection and criticism,leadership and collaboration,visual and interactive performance,international perspective.At present,foreign user experience pedagogy mainly relies on computer science,business,or design to establish user experience teaching curriculum.Beijing Normal University took the lead in establishing a master′s degree in user experience in applied psychology in China.It is established on a theoretical basis of psychology,using OBE as teaching concept,taking project-based courses as teaching method,and the goal is cultivating students′practical abilities.The curriculum corresponds to the eight practical abilities required to engage in user experience career,and explains the relationship and the role of psychological foundation and project-based teaching in user experience pedagogy.
