摘要
以晋能控股煤业集团挖金湾煤业公司8102智能化大采高工作面为研究对象,对实际生产中遇到的问题进行分析并提出切实可行的整改方案,分别提出工作面水处理技术、支架喷雾降尘技术、双回路快速供液技术、支架跟机参数的优化设置,对比普通大采高工作面,生产效率显著提升。
Taking the 8102 intelligent large mining height working face at Wajinwan coal company of Jinneng holding coal industry group as the research object,the problems encountered in actual production are analyzed and feasible remedial schemes are put forward.Water treatment technology of working face,dust reduction technology with support spray,rapid supply of liquid in double circuit,and optimal setting of support following parameters are put forward respectively.Compared with ordinary large mining height face,the production efficiency is significantly improved.
