摘要
为了测量滚动直线导轨副的运动精度,基于接触式测量原理,设计试验台机械结构,并完成运动、气压监控系统、数据监控采集系统和测控软件,以此来获取导轨副运动过程中滑块相对于导轨基准的位移变动量。经过计算得到导轨副的顶面平行度、侧面平行度、绝对高度、滚转角、偏摆角、俯仰角。最后,利用试验台对国产35型号2级精度导轨副进行测量,结果表明,平行度和绝对高度指标满足2级精度要求,且角度指标重复性最大为0.943,重复性较好,综合验证了试验台的测量可行性。
In order to measure the motion accuracy of the rolling linear guide pair,based on the contact measurement principle,the mechanical structure of the test bench is designed,and the motion,air pressure monitoring system,data monitoring acquisition system and measurement and control software are completed to obtain the displacement variation of the slider relative to the guide rail reference during the movement of the guide rail pair.After calculation,the top surface parallelism,side parallelism,contour height,roll angle,yaw angle and pitch angle of the guide rail pair are obtained.Finally,the test bench is used to measure the domestically made 35 model level 2 precision guideway pair.The results show that the parallelism and contour index meet the level 2 accuracy requirements,and the angle index repeatability is up to 0.943,which is good,the test bench is comprehensively verified Measurement feasibility.
