摘要
为了加快物流分拣的自动化程度,设计一种新型液动快件自动化分拣装置,利用三维软件UG建立该装置的整体结构示意图,详细介绍了该装置中的托盘机构,利用液压控制回路控制托盘的运动。同时,利用单片机模块控制托盘的三工位动作,实现托盘左、右倾斜和复位,并对该装置中的液压动力装置模块、电机运动控制模块进行详细介绍。试验结果表明,该装置能够满足快件自动化分拣,具有结构简单、运行稳定、效率高、成本低等特点。
In order to speed up the automation of logistics sorting,design of a new automatic sorting device for hydraulic express,the whole structure diagram of the device is to establish by using the three-dimensional software UG.The tray mechanism of the device is introduced in detail.The movement of the tray is controlled by a hydraulic control circuit.At the same time,the single-chip microcomputer module is used to control the three-position action of the tray to realize the left and right tilt and reset of the tray.It also introduces the hydraulic power unit module,motor motion control module.The test prototype shows,the device can satisfy the automatic sorting of express,such as simple structure,running stability,high efficiency,low cost etc.
