摘要
以GF智能制造单元平台为基础,对塑料瓶身模具批量加工工艺进行研究。首先介绍了GF智能制造单元的基本组成和控制结构,然后结合瓶身模具的结构和材料特点,详细分析了瓶身模具的加工工艺。基于GF智能制造单元,实现模具零件的自动定位和装夹、尺寸自动检测、加工坐标系自动标定,制定了自动化生产工艺流程。最后通过批量生产实例,证实智能制造单元的实施可有效提高生产效率,降低成本。
Based on GF intelligent manufacturing cell platform,the batch machining process of plastic bottle mold was studied.Firstly,the basic composition and control structure of GF intelligent manufacturing cell are introduced.Then the machining process of bottle mold is analyzed in detail on the basis of the structure and material characteristics of bottle mold.Based on GF intelligent manufacturing cell,the automatic positioning and clamping of die parts,dimension detection and calibration of machining coordinate system are realized,and the fully automatic production process is formulated.Finally,the example of batch production is given to prove that the GF intelligent manufacturing cell improves the production efficiency and reduces the cost.
