中药饮片调配剂量误差控制方法探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索医院中药房中药饮片调配剂量误差的过程控制方法。方法选取2020年2月10—29日作为样本抽取时间段。采用抽签法,从阜阳市中医医院中药房随机选取一名中药调剂员,随机抽取其包装好的中药进行称重校对,所得样本数据作为实验组;使其再另外随机称量100.00 g药物,称重校对后所得样本数据作为对照组。采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析,并进一步完成控制图绘制。结果所绘制的均值-极差控制图结果显示,第3个和第9个样本均值分别为8.01 g和7.90 g,均超出了上控制线值7.52 g且远高于上警戒线值5.00 g;且第9个样本的极差值为32.89 g,远高于其上控制线值19.42 g,处于严重失控状态,即提示受特殊原因影响。结论通过绘制控制图,能够及时识别中药饮片调配过程中剂量方面出现的异常偏差;再通过绘制因果图,可明确此异常偏差产生的特殊原因,以便进一步采取针对性预防措施。 Objective To explore the process control method of dosage error of Chinese Herbal Pieces dispensing in hospital pharmacy.Methods The time period from February 10 to 29,2020 was selected as the sampling period.A Chinese medicine dispenser was randomly selected from the traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacy of Fuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine by drawing lots.The packaged Chinese medicine was randomly selected for weighing and proofreading,and the sample data was taken as the experimental group;Another 100.00 g drug was weighed randomly,and the sample data obtained after weighing and proofreading were used as the control group.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.And the control chart drawing was further completed.Results The results of the mean and range control chart showed that the average values of the third and ninth samples were 8.01 g and 7.90 g,respectively,which exceeded the upper control line value by 7.52 g and were much higher than the upper warning line value of 5.00 g.The range value of the ninth sample was 32.89 g,which was much higher than the upper control line value of 19.42 g,indicating that it was seriously out of control.Conclusion By drawing the control chart,we can timely identify the abnormal deviation in the dosage of Chinese Herbal Pieces in the process of dispensing;and by drawing the cause and effect diagram,we can identify the special reasons for the abnormal deviation,so as to take further targeted preventive measures.
