Research Progress of Intelligent Packaging for Food

智能包装是食品包装领域的新概念,用于监测包装食品的状况,提供有关包装食品在运输和储存期间的质量信息,在提高食品的安全性、质量和可追溯性方面有着巨大的潜力。本文总结了三大类智能包装技术(指示器、数据载体、传感器)的原理和研究进展,并对该技术的发展进行总结和展望。

Intelligent packaging is a new concept in the field of food packaging.It is used to monitor the condition of packaged food and provide information about the quality of packaged food during transportation and storage,thus shows great potential in improving the safety,quality and traceability of food.In this review,the principle and research progress of three major types of intelligent packaging technology(indicator,data carrier and sensor)were summarized,and the development of this technology was concluded and prospected.
