产教融合背景下高职眼视光技术专业“校中厂”人才培养研究

A Research on“Factory in School”Talents Cultivation of Optometry Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

在国家大力倡导产教融合的背景下,高职院校眼视光技术专业深化校企合作,校企共建"校中厂",对存在的政策制度、校企供需失衡,产教冲突,师资不足等问题改革优化,促进眼视光技术专业人才实践能力的增强,提高人才培养的质量。

Under the background of integration of production and education strongly advocated by China,the Major of Optometry Technology in high vocational colleges should deepen the co-cooperation between colleges and enterprises in"factory in school"construction,o as to optimize and reform current conditions,including some faulty existing policy,imbalance in supply and demand between school and enterprise,conflicts between production and education,shortage of teachers.In this way,practical ability of optometry technology professionals can be enhanced and the quality of talent training can be improved.
