淮海戏《孤岛夫妻哨》取材于“人民楷模”国家荣誉称号获得者王继才的真实守岛事迹,剧作以王继才夫妻从欲离岛上岸到最终坚持守岛的转变为核心事件,小戏中蕴含重大的爱国奉献主题。《孤岛夫妻哨》围绕家国情怀塑造人物形象、结构剧情,音乐唱腔、舞台美术设计颇具特色,两位梅花奖得主演员的表演也真挚感人。《孤岛夫妻哨》由于只是小戏,剧作表演的时间长度有限,故剧作表现的内容还比较单薄,可以充实内容改创大型剧作。

The Huaihai opera"Couple in the Post on the Island"is based on the deeds of Wang Jicai,the winner of the national honorary title of"Model of the People".The opera mainly talks about WangJicai and his wife who want to leave the island and finally insist on guarding it.The short opera contains a major theme of patriotism and dedication.It revolves around the relationship between family and country,shaping the character and designing the plot.The music singing and stage art design are quite distinctive.The performances of the two Plum Blossom Award winners are very touching.The length of the opera is limited,so the content of the opera is relatively thin.In the future it can be enriched to create a large-scale opera.
