NewIdeas in Ancient Law:Connotation and Innovation of Tang Yin's Cold Forest Paintings

关于唐寅传世的数幅枯木寒林图,以往的相关研究对其意义的解读比较模糊,也未有深入探讨,最大的问题是没有结合图像文本与文字文本来综合分析。文章试图从其题画诗、画法与各种史料、著录入手,将画作的寓意与唐寅的经历勾连起来,揭示此类画作在唐寅书画创作生涯中的特殊意义,并将其与同时代画家的相关作品进行比较,把作品置于更宏观的背景下来全面评价其在画史上的特殊地位。

As for the several cold forest pictures handed down by Tang Yin,the previous Tang Yin studies have vague interpretation of their significance and have not been deeply discussed.The biggest problem is that they have not been comprehensively analyzed in combination with image and text.This paper attempts to start with his painting poems,painting methods,various historical materials and descriptions,link the moral of his paintings with Tang Yin's experience,reveal the special significance of such paintings in Tang Yin's calligraphy and painting creation career,compare them with the relevant works of contemporary painters,and comprehensively evaluate his special position in the history of painting under a broader background.
