摘要
针对乙醛反应工艺的基本流程和控制要求,研究了反应器温度和压力的控制方法,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC为核心的乙醛反应过程控制系统.利用WinCC组态软件设计了人机接口画面,实现了乙醛反应过程的集中监控和自动控制,有效提高了乙醛生产效率,降低了生产劳动力.
In view of the basic flow and control requirements of the acetaldehyde reaction process,the reactor temperature control and pressure control methods were studied,and the acetaldehyde reaction process control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC was designed.Using WinCC configuration software to design the man-machine interface screen,realize the centralized monitoring and automatic control of the acetaldehyde reaction process,effectively improve the production efficiency of acetaldehyde,and reduce the production labor force.
