摘要 机械通气(MV)广泛用为支持性治疗措施,其造成的膈肌功能障碍已被临床证实。超声是危重症患者管理中的重要影像学方法之一。本文针对膈肌在MV过程中的改变及其超声征象进行综述,探讨超声对于评价及治疗MV所致膈肌功能障碍的价值。 Mechanical ventilation(MV)has been widely used as the supportive treatment,which has been clinically demonstrated causing mechanical ventilation.Ultrasound is one of the important imaging methods in the management of critical patients.The changes of the diaphragm and relative ultrasonic manifestations during the course of MV were reviewed in this paper,and the value of ultrasound for evaluation and treatment of MV-induced diaphragmatic dysfunction was discussed.
