培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎患者牙周指标及龈沟液IL-1β、sICAM-1、MCP-1水平的影响

Effect of pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride on periodontal indexes and gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 levels in patients with periodontitis

目的探讨培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎患者牙周指标及龈沟液IL-1β、sICAM-1、MCP-1水平的影响。方法选取牙周炎患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组使用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用培氟沙星治疗。两组均连续治疗30 d。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、临床附着丧失、牙龈指数以及龈沟液IL-1β、sICAM-1、MCP-1水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后患者牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、临床附着丧失、牙龈指数以及龈沟液IL-1β、sICAM-1、MCP-1水平均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培氟沙星联合盐酸米诺环素可有效抑制牙周炎患者机体炎症反应,减少牙周细菌生成,改善牙周微环境。

Objective To explore the effects of pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride on periodontal indexes and gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 levels in patients with periodontitis.Methods 80 patients with periodontitis admitted to our hospital as the research object,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride.Both groups were treated continuously for 30 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.The depth of periodontal pocket,plaque index,clinical attachment loss,gingival index and gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 levels before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group which was higher than in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the patients’periodontal pocket depth,plaque index,clinical attachment loss,gingival index and gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,sICAM-1,MCP-1 levels decreased after treatment,and the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pefloxacin combined with minocycline hydrochloride can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of patients with periodontitis,reduce the generation of periodontal bacteria,improve the periodontal microenvironment,and enhance the efficacy.
