丘陵山区浙贝母机械化生产模式的效益分析 被引量:3

摘要 探索应用丘陵山区浙贝母机械化生产模式下,对浙贝母生产各环节的用工情况以及整体的效益展开分析。查阅资料以及市场调查可得,近年来浙江省浙贝母的种植面积逐渐扩大并形成产业,浙贝母的生产成本随着用工成本的增加而逐年增加,然而浙贝母的成本价格却逐年降低,传统的人工生产浙贝母产量约为265千克/亩,人工费用约为1000元/亩,按照近几年浙贝母成品的平均价格41元/千克,每亩的净收入大约在4865元,项目组通过在磐安设立试验示范基地并应用机械化生产模式,对比前后的生产情况和经济效益。应用浙贝母机械化生产模式后,浙贝母的产量提升至285千克/亩,人工费用减少至720元/亩,总成本提升至6220元/亩,但每亩净收入大约在5465元。传统的人工生产占用了大量的劳动力和社会资源,在目前工业化和城镇化的快速推进的情况下,农村劳动力结构趋于老龄化。因此,提高浙贝母机械化生产技术水平对实现浙贝母高效生产有着至关重要的现实意义。应用浙贝母机械化生产模式后,整体经济效益提升了12.3%,生产效率提升了25.6%。在确保浙贝母产量的前提下,示范推广浙贝母机械化生产模式,可以推动农业机械化进程,促进农村劳动力结构优化,提高整体生产的经济效益及工作效率。 In the application of the mechanized production mode of Fritillaria thunbergii in hilly and mountainous areas,this paper explores the employment situation of each link of Fritillaria thunbergii production and the overall benefit analysis.Through information search and market research,in recent years,the planting area of Fritillaria thunbergii in Zhejiang Province has gradually expanded and formed an industry.The production cost of Fritillaria thunbergii increases with the labor cost year by year,while the cost price of Fritillaria thunbergii decreases year by year,the traditional artificial production of Fritillaria thunbergii was about 265 kg/mu,and the labor cost was about 1000 yuan/mu.According to the average price of the finished products of Fritillaria thunbergii in recent years was 41 yuan/kg,and the net income per mu was about 4865 yuan.Through the establishment of experimental demonstration base in Panan and the application of mechanized production mode,the production situation and economic benefits before and after the comparison were made.After the mechanized production mode of Fritillaria thunbergii was applied,the yield of Fritillaria thunbergii was increased to 285 kg/mu,the labor cost was reduced to 720 yuan/mu,and the total cost was increased to 6220 yuan/mu,but the net income per mu was about 5465 yuan.Traditional artificial production occupies a large number of labor and social resources,and with the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization at present,the rural labor force structure tends to be aging.Therefore,it is of vital practical significance to improve the technical level of mechanized production of Fritillaria thunbergii to achieve efficient production.After applying the mechanized production mode of Thunberg Fritillaria,the overall economic benefit is increased by 12.3%,and the production work efficiency is increased by 25.6%.On the premise of ensuring the yield of Fritillaria thunbergii,the demonstration and promotion of the mechanized production mode of Fritillaria thunbergii can promote the process of agricultural mechanization,promote the optimization of the rural labor force structure,and improve the economic benefits and work efficiency of the overall production.
