车辆起步抖动影响因素仿真研究

Simulation Study on Influencing Factors of Vehicle Starting Jitter

起步抖动是微型手动档汽车常见的一种NVH问题,发生在汽车起步和换档的时候,其中以起步时振幅最明显,持续时间最长。本研究介绍起步抖动评价指标,对影响因素贡献度进行了仿真分析,根据仿真分析结论,对起步抖动影响因素参数进行修改。修改后的参数通过仿真表明,其车身纵向振动加速度指标得到明显改善。

Starting jitter is a common NVH problem of micro manual vehicles.It occurs when the vehicle starts and shifts gears,of which the amplitude is the most obvious and the duration is the longest.This study introduces the evaluation index of starting jitter,simulates and analyzes the contribution of influencing factors,and modifies the parameters of influencing factors of starting jitter according to the simulation analysis conclusion.The simulation results of the modified parameters show that the longitudinal vibration acceleration index of the vehicle body is significantly improved.
