摘要 结合智能制造新时代背景下企业对数控技能人才的需求,以应用型人才培养为目标,项目组探索了“数控技术”教学中“工匠精神”的培育。在教学设计中,针对课程章节知识结构特点不同,挖掘不同的思政元素,探索以项目驱动为主导多元化课程思政教学模式,实现“三全育人”理念,从而培养顶岗式高素质数控复合型人才。教学实践证明,以项目驱动为主导多元化课程思政教学模式,有利于推动有创新创造力的高素质技能型人才培育。 Combined with the demand of enterprises for CNC skilled talents under the background of the new era of intelligent manufacturing,and aiming at the cultivation of applied talents,the project team explored the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in the teaching of"CNC technology".In the teaching design,according to the different characteristics of the knowledge structure of the curriculum chapters,excavate different ideological and political elements,explore the project driven diversified curriculum ideological and political teaching mode,and realize the concept of"three complete education",so as to cultivate high-quality CNC compound talents.Teaching practice has proved that the project driven diversified curriculum ideological and political teaching mode is conducive to promoting the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with innovation and creativity.
