提质培优背景下国家职业教育创新发展高地建设研究

Research on the Construction of National Vocational Education Innovative Development Highland under the Background of Improving Quality and Cultivating Excellence

建设国家职业教育创新发展高地,是贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的重要举措,也是职业教育提质培优行动计划的重点任务。以山东、甘肃、江西以及苏锡常、温台等为代表的部省合作共建职教高地的样板省份和城市群,经过前期的探索和努力,取得了较为显著的建设成效。在这些宝贵实践经验的基础上,建议从体系建设、标准建设、文化引领、产教融合、师资建设、国际合作等方面总结职教高地建设的新举措,以期为我国其他地区建设职教高地提供借鉴。

Building a highland for the innovative development of national vocational education is an important measure to implement the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,and it is also a key task of the action plan for improving quality and cultivating excellence of vocational education.The model provinces and city clusters of vocational education highlands jointly built by the ministries and provinces represented by Shandong,Gansu,Jiangxi,Suzhou,Wuxi,Changzhou,Wenzhou,Taizhou,etc.,have achieved significant results through exploration and efforts.On the basis of these valuable practical experiences,it is recommended to summarize the new measures for the construction of vocational education highlands from the aspects of system construction,standard construction,cultural guidance,integration of production and education,teaching staff construction,international cooperation,etc.,in order to provide references for the construction of vocational education highlands in other regions.
