中外合作办学服务区域经济发展的制约因素分析——以黑龙江省为例

Analysis on the Restrictive Factors of Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools to Serve Regional Economic Development:Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example

对黑龙江中外合作办学终止项目进行了统计,运用得到的数据与黑龙江经济发展走势图进行对比分析发现,黑龙江中外合作办学项目存在引进的优质教育资源“水土不服”、服务区域经济发展动力尚且不足等问题。剖析了黑龙江中外合作办学服务区域经济发展的制约因素,以期为中外合作办学与区域经济的协同发展提供助力。

The paper makes a statistic of the terminated projects of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Heilongjiang province,and makes a comparative analysis of the obtained data and the economic development trend chart of Heilongjiang province.It concludes that the high-quality educational resources introduced in the projects of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Heilongjiang province are"unacceptable",and the driving force of regional economic development is still insufficient.This paper analyzes the factors restricting the regional economic development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Heilongjiang to provide assistance for the coordinated development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and regional economy.
