提升高职院校扩招生培养质量的路径探析

Analysis on the Ways to Improve the Training Quality of Expanded Recruitment Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职扩招是高职院校面临的一次历史性发展机遇,是高职院校深化体制改革、完善教育体系、扩大社会影响、拓宽发展渠道的有利时机。但是,生源总量的急剧增加、生源结构的空前复杂都有可能给高职院校的教育教学实施及常规管理带来一系列的影响。在新形势下,高职院校必须加强内涵建设、提高治理能力、完善教育体系、加强资源建设,以提升扩招生的培养质量。

The enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges is a historic development opportunity faced by higher vocational colleges and it is also a favorable chance for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of the system,improve the education system,expand the social influence,and broaden the development channels.However,the rapid increase in the total number of students and the unprecedented complexity of the student structure may have a series of impacts on the implementation of education and teaching and routine management of higher vocational colleges.Under the new situation,higher vocational colleges must strengthen connotation construction,improve governance capabilities,complete the education system,and intensify resource construction to enhance the cultivating quality of expanded enrollments.
