摘要 提高职业教育吸引力,推动职业教育改革,课程改革是关键抓手。课程改革必须在产教深度融合基础上,重构课程体系,优化课程内容,培养教学团队,深化教法改革。基于成果导向教育,对社会组织服务方案设计课程目标的确定、内容的选取、教学实施的过程、学习成果的评价等方面深入研究,并取得了一定的成果,为高职课程改革提供参考与借鉴。 The curriculum reform is the key to improve the attractiveness and promote the innovation of vocational education.The curriculum reform must be based on the in-depth integration of production and education,reconstruct curriculum system,optimize course content,train the teaching team,and deepen the reform of teaching methods.Based on outcome-based education,the paper focuses on the study of the determination of social service objectives,the selection of content,the process of teaching implementation and the evaluation of learning and achieves certain accomplishments to provide references for the curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges.
