To cultivate and promote the socialist core values among the contemporary college students is an important task of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is necessary to combine the financial aid with education and the material transmission with moral inheritance in the work of financial aid in colleges and universities,which is an inevitable requirement to promote their sense of identity of students from poor families with the socialist core values and make them keep pace with the times in terms of value and ideology.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the transformation from the transactional work of funding to the value promotion of students in ideology,and establish a mechanism to incorporate the inheritance of moral characters into the evaluation and feedback system of funding effect to prepare for cultivating qualified builders and successors with both political integrity and professional competence.
